IZIT? Entertainment can provide various Choirs with only three listed below. All these choirs can be booked as a feature show or simply as an informal perfomance set outdoors.
Queensland Show Choir
Established in 1984, VoiceWorks is QSC's premier ensemble. It is a dynamic mixed (SATB) ensemble of young adults from Year 12 to age 25 who receive advanced training in vocal production, ensemble performance and stagecraft. Performing in different languages across a wide range of musical genres including contemporary, classical, popular, musical theatre, jazz, gospel, early music, world music and Australiana, VoiceWorks produces exciting, professional-standard music entertainment.
Out of the Blue – this dynamic, talented and fun-loving, vocal ensemble do not subscribe to any musical boundaries and although their repertoire currently includes Jazz, Pop, Contemporary and Music Theatre, they are keen to try anything that will entertain their audience.
StellaVoce - talented and motivated middle school singers from Years 4 to 9. With a strong focus on performance and presentation, StellaVoce combines the artistic crafts of voice production and choral singing with light choreography known as ‘choralography’.
The Australian Girls Choir
Girls aged five to eighteen years are trained in song, dance and drama on a weekly basis. Our reputation as Australia’s most dynamic girls’ choir ha s be en established in hundreds of high profile performances at home and abroad.
Best recognised for its involvement in the Qantas 'I Still Call Australia Home' advertising campaign, the choir has sung at almost every major concert venue in the country. The girls have performed with a long list of outstanding artists and personalities from the entertainment world, and have been acclaimed in some hundreds of performances undertaken in numerous international and national tours. Our choristers have been applauded by audiences and events organisers alike for their energetic and vibrant performances.
Vocal Manoeuvres
Vocal Manoeuvres specialises in the development of solo vocalists and outstanding choral ensembles. The Vocal Manoeuvres Academy consists of the 80 voice Queensland Festival Chorus and the internationally renowned ensembles Exaudi Australis and the Australian Vocal Arts Ensemble.
Vocal Manoeuvres has proudly been associated with Education Queensland’s Creative Generation – State Schools Onstage since its premiere in 2005 and works extensively throughout the Torres Strait Islands creating choral events for the talented singers of the Torres Strait Islands for the Queensland Music Festival. The combination of all the soloists and ensemble of Vocal Manoeuvres provides a thrilling spectacle of sight and sound as is a unique aspect of this company that specialises in all things vocal.
