Christmas Roving Pep Band

Initially brought to Australia for World Expo 88 in Brisbane, the concept of a pep band was warmly welcomed by Expo visitors. Used in America at pep rallies, pep bands are a key strategy in revving up crowds at major sporting events and large festivals.

They make for an electric atmosphere, and generally draw large crowds of onlookers wherever they go.

This Pep Band performs as a 7 to 14 piece band. It includes saxophone/s, trumpets, trombone, bass trombone/tuba/sousaphone, snare drum, bass drum and quads (four drums). All of the drums are worn on specially designed fibreglass harnesses, which allow the band complete mobility.

The Band performs energetic, fully-choreographed routines to all of your favourite Christmas songs... with something for everyone!
